Non-emergency medical transportation can be very helpful for people who need non-emergency medical care (such as a dental, primary care or optometry appointments) but need more assistance than other forms of transportation can provide. NEMT service providers are equipped to transport riders in wheelchairs and with other special needs.

We Care Services is for everyone, from cancer patients that need a ride to a scheduled appointment to elderly individuals who need a ride to the grocery store to young workers without a car who need a ride to a job interview. Anyone who is in need of transportation can book a ride (for themselves or on someone else's behalf).

We offer non-emergency medical transportation for many different needs, including primary care appointments, dental appointments and special needs appointments. We also offer non-medical transportation as well, whether it's to pick you up at the airport or to help you arrive with grace and dignity at a loved one's funeral. The person booking the trip. We do not accept Medicaid or other types of insurance at this time.

Transportation is provided by trained, experienced and safe drivers. All of our drivers complete a background check, receive defensive driving training and are required to be licensed by the Public Service Commission.

If you need to cancel a trip that you have already paid for, please contact us as soon as possible. Trips cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Same day cancellations require partial payment. There are no refunds for no shows.

No, however anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult (someone 18 years or older) on their trip.

Our fleet of vehicles include wheelchair accessible vans and sedans.

We allow one additional passenger per ride at no additional cost. There is an additional fee for three or more passengers in one trip.
